The Company
We are working with a market leader who are experiencing significant growth. They have a clear path for future company growth and as such are looking to add a Telesales Executive to their team in Battersea.
You will be joining a team of experienced industry professionals with a chance to progress your career within a growing business with an excellent brand reputation. Our client offer market leading training & a great working environment at their Battersea Depot.
The Role
You will be responsible for making outbound calls and dealing with incoming calls to take our customers’ orders. You will be required to manage your own customer base and through careful analysis of on screen data and account statistics, you will help every customer to buy across our product range, selling in new lines, link/ gap selling to maximize our customers spend.
We need you to have a key mix of skills and be able to deploy them effectively when required and in accordance with changing customer demands. Firstly, you will need good experience of relationship building, problem solving, plus an understanding of sales techniques that will enable you to maximize sales opportunities as they arrive. You must have experience using Word, Excel & Outlook confidently. Finally, you will bring the dexterity and organization needed to effectively and accurately key orders at speed.
You need to be a strong team player, used to working in a busy and challenging environment. You will be motivated, organized, flexible and driven to achieve results whilst building effective working relationships over the telephone.
