Milk Education is recruiting for a Cover Supervisor for a Secondary School in Liverpool to work on a long-term basis starting from September You will be allowed to gain classroom experience without being a qualified teacher, in a school that offers a welcoming and supportive teaching and learning environment.

Cover Supervisor Role & Responsibilities:
â— Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
â— Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
â— Support non-contact time for teachers
â— Overseeing classroom and behaviour management
Cover Supervisor Non-negotiables:
â— Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people
â— Must have a passion for education
â— Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
