Landmarc Support Services, a leading facilities management company, is currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team based at Brunswick Camp in Surrey.
As the Building Maintenance Technician you to be responsible for any maintenance both planned and reactive. This is a regional role and you will on occasion be required to travel between sites within the South East to ensure that the Training Estate Facilities are safe and fit for purpose.

Main Responsibilities
All general handy person’s maintenance repairs
Perform essential repairs such as door and window maintenance, minor plumbing, and basic brickwork
Conduct low-level repairs on paving, roofs, and guttering
Inspect and maintain plant room equipment, including water systems and thermostatic valves
Utilise a variety of power tools to complete maintenance tasks
Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment
Operate company vehicles to travel to other regional sites as needed
Maintain accurate records using both IT and traditional paper-based systems
Manage the delivery contract requirements to tight deadlines and appropriate quality standards
Carry out additional works in response to additional contract requirements
Participate in internal training to enhance your skills and knowledgeThe Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of multi trade skills gained through the completion of level 3 qualification such as City and Guilds or equivalent supported by relevant experience
Knowledge of Health & Safety such as COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments and safe systems of work
Knowledge of Asbestos awareness
Work in a diverse multi-tasking mobile team environment
Ability to operate and maintain a range of tools and equipment
Willingness to undertake further training to work in high risk areas (i.e. Working at Height, Confined spaces)
Flexible, adaptable and able to undertake lone working
