About the role:
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
We’re looking for a dedicated SEN TA to join our team and make a real impact in the classroom. In this role, you’ll work closely with children across Key Stages 1 and 2, providing tailored support to help them succeed academically and emotionally.
Application Requirements:
• Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
• Relevant TA qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
• Assist teachers in creating and implementing individualized learning plans.
• Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and adjustments as needed.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including SENCOs and external agencies.
