UX/UI Designer

What you’ll be doing
Joining a small, close-knit team as the sole UX/UI Designer, you will have significant influence over the design of a complex, multifaceted product. You will be working closely with the product manager and the development team, building and iterating software that is pushing forward their industry.
You will be leading the design process, building out user journeys, wireframes, and visually appealing interfaces for the fledgling product. Working on a web and mobile app, your designs will be informed by user insights, so this role will involve carrying out user interviews and user testing.
This role will require someone accustomed to a fast-paced startup environment, who’s willing to wear many multiple hats. While you will be focused on product design, you will additionally have some graphic design experience, and will be occasionally producing design assets to support marketing and social media campaigns.
What experience you’ll need to apply
Excellent user interface design work, and evidence of creating visually appealing designs for complex products.
Strong UX process, from research through to information architecture and user flows, to wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
Understanding of qualitative research methods, and evidence of using user insights to shape designs.
Experience working in a start-up environment.
Proficient with Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
