As a Part-Qualified Tech Patent Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge tech patents in a highly supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to be at the forefront of legal and technological advancements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in various technology sectors
  • Collaborating with clients to develop strategies for protecting their intellectual property
  • Conducting prior art searches and providing patentability opinions
  • Assisting with IP due diligence, freedom to operate analyses, and infringement opinions
  • Engaging in continuous professional development to stay abreast of legal and technological changes


Qualifications:


  • A degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in patent law, specifically in the technology sector
  • Having passed foundation exams with a view to qualifying as a Patent Attorney
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines
