Job Title: Family Law Legal PA

Salary: £45,000

Location: London - Holborn


Prestigious boutique law firm are looking for an experienced legal PA, with a background in family law, to join their award winning team and provide PA support to the managing partner. The fee earners deal exclusively with high end matrimonial and family work and so it is essential that you have a good legal secretarial / PA background in this area; at least 6 months. They are looking for someone who will be proactive, take the initiative and will develop a good relationship with their clients.


Duties will include:

• Managing busy diaries

• Preparing court bundles

• Digital dictation

• Drafting documents

• Booking meetings with clients, professionals and counsel

• Business development and marketing projects.

• Opening files

• AML checks

• Other ad hoc duties.


It is essential that you have excellent secretarial skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal PA with some family law experience looking for a more senior role with responsibility within a highly regarded and friendly team.
