Levy are searching for a visionary AI leader with extensive experience operating at the executive level within large enterprises.


Our goal is to drive innovation through AI, positively disrupting companies and industries. Therefore, aligning the practical implementation of AI and ML with an enterprise’s real-world objectives and strategies is critical. Success for us is defined by measurable business performance improvements.


This role involves close collaboration with our Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Technology Officer to drive the growth of our AI business. It focuses on supporting and developing the data science team through line management, enhancing the company's capabilities, supporting data scientists within squads, and fostering the growth of a high-performing data science team.


Responsibilities


  • Bridge the gap between business requirements and complex technologies.
  • Identify, assess, and evaluate growth opportunities within target customers and industries.
  • Enable growth and deliver customer outcomes across the entire lifecycle, leading projects and working on complex solutions to achieve the right outcomes for customers.
  • Provide transformational thought leadership both internally and externally through written content (blog posts, white papers) and engaging verbal presentations (industry events, webinars, lunch-and-learn sessions, etc.).
  • Compile propositions and proposals that focus on long-term value, ensuring work is viable and valuable for customers.
  • Act as an escalation point for customers to resolve issues.
  • Drive engagements towards long-term, transformative goals and high-quality outcomes.
  • Hire and develop data science capabilities, lead the community of practice, mentor data science practitioners, and support colleagues in growing their expertise in data science.


Requirements


  • Experience in Professional Services Consulting, selling and delivering transformational outcomes to enterprise organizations.
  • Exceptional domain knowledge in AI, ML, and data science, with the ability to understand the mechanics and promote the possibilities to non-experts.
  • A technology-focused individual with a commercial mindset, capable of translating numbers into business perspectives and simplifying the complex.
  • Comfortable with both hands-on problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Highly collaborative, reliable, and trusted for expertise in guiding through complex problems.
  • Solid grounding in enterprise technology, especially in how Data, AI, and ML can transform organizations.
  • Extensive experience in organizational growth, development, and transformation, preferably in a fast-moving tech company.
  • Past or current experience in delivery leadership with a focus on enterprise data transformation.
