Role
The purpose of this role is to support the leadership team and the wider operation to ensure that improvement activities and actions are maintained and seen through to completion.
This position will be given the training and autonomy to truly make a difference to the operational team and to develop the Continuous improvement strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Strong communicator with the ability to comfortably present training.
* Support and work alongside the operations teams to drive the continuous improvement strategy.
* Train and develop the operational team in Lean Principles and Tools.
* Working closely with group level teams to improve processes throughout the business.
* Participate in and lead RCA and formal problem solving.
Background and Skills
* A positive approach to change
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
* Continuous improvement or lean experience
* High standard of communication skills both verbally and written.
* Experienced using Microsoft Office skills
* Self-motivated and able to prioritise workload.
