Machine Operator
Swale
Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week, rotating shift patterns – 6am – 2pm then 2pm – 10pm
£11.21ph + overtime + progression (opportunity to increase earnings)

We are looking for a switched on Machine Operator to join our client, a growing business based within the Swale area.
Within this busy food production role, you will be:
Working in a busy food production environment, working to production targets

Working in a variety of temperatures season dependent.

Using large scale machinery safely within the factory.

Following Production Plans accurately to produce the correct formulation of the recipe.

Keeping accurate records using an online iPad scanning system.

Any other duties required.
To be considered for this role you will have/be:
Some experience using machinery within a manufacturing environment

Worked within a food production environment

A valid driving licence and own transport due to rural location.

The ability to read, understand and speak English to an intermediate level as a minimum

Physically fit and able to work in a role where you are on your feet for a number of hours – this is essential due to the nature of the role

Flexible with working hours Monday – Friday and happy to undertake overtime
