Pastry Sous Chef Requirements:nAn inspirational leader who can guide junior members through a busy service.nThe successful Pastry Sous Chef will be in-charge of the pastry section and will have input into menus. You will need to be organised, passionate and creative.nAll Pastry Sous Chefs applicants must have worked at a Sous level and ideally worked within a five starred hotel or Michelin starred restaurant previously.
