A Boutique UK Property Consulting firm is looking for Candidates to join their team in either London or Manchester
They have an exceptional reputation in the market and regularly rank very highly in best places to work, employee and client feedback, and bat massively above their weight with the calibre of work and client - directly competing with some giants in the Property and Real Estate Consulting world.
Their Advisory team of over 100 people houses a range of skillsets from Transactions and Investment, Valuations, Development and Strategy with the latter being around 20 professionals based in London and Manchester
The team has a mixture of high calibre and diverse skillsets from management consulting, property, communications, estate strategy, surveying, research; and cover the breadth and depth of the challenges clients face in Real Estate, Property and Construction. These clients include household names across: Government Departments, NHS organisations, Local Authorities, Public Sector Partnerships, Private Sector Developers and REITs.
The Role:
You'll be expected to support both internal colleagues and external clients in the delivery of projects, working to understand challenges and develop solutions as part of a team. You'll work on a variety of instructions across a range of public and private sector clients and sectors leading up to running and securing projects of your own.
Projects could include or resemble;
- Site, Facilities, Headquarters value creation, management and strategy and advisory across the Real Estate project and asset life-cycle
- Developing estate strategies and working together with public sector clients to make the best value for money decisions for projects and processes involving public property.
- Managing complex portfolios for public and private sector clients, supporting technical leads within the Partnership
- Strategic plans and road-maps for workplace, asset optimisation and re positioning, and portfolio management.
As with any consulting role, you will be directly responsible for preparing client decks, dealing directly with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with external teams to complete work, building relationships across the market, proactively identifying opportunities to service clients, running workshops and meeting, and delivering complex projects and programmes.
For this role, you will likely have the following experience:
- Management Consulting, Infrastructure or Real Estate Advisory experience.
- Examples of working on strategic projects aimed at creating value for clients.
- A background in Commercial, Cost, Value Creation and Asset Optimisation.
- The client is also open to considering Chartered Surveyors.
