With a generous salary offered depending on your expertise, this position is designed for a driven Installations / Project Engineer ready to thrive within a dynamic team.
Imagine being at the heart of a company that operates across the UK & Ireland, delivering bespoke projects to a diverse clientele, including prestigious blue-chip companies, major car dealerships, and educational institutions. Your role is crucial, bridging the gap between sales and project completion, ensuring each venture is executed flawlessly, on schedule, and to the delight of clients.
Your responsibilities will include spearheading high-quality installations, maintaining or enhancing project gross margins, and fostering robust client relationships. You will inspire and manage a dedicated team, ensuring all company and legal Health & Safety requirements are met, while also contributing to the strategic growth of the business.
To excel in this role, you must have a full clean driving license and a solid foundation in duct installation or Mechanical & Electrical projects. Your communication skills will be impeccable, both written and verbal, with proficiency in basic IT applications such as email, Word, Excel, and Sage accounts. Motivating teams should come naturally to you and possess sound numeracy and written abilities.
While not essential, candidates with CAD software skills, commercial or construction industry experience, a relevant degree, or Health & Safety qualifications will find themselves at an advantage.
