Lettings Business Development Manager – job
Responsible for growing the business through winning new instructions, ensuring the existing portfolio is let, growing a network and ensuring the team maximise the overall income and profitability of the business
Managing a team of Business Development Consultants, installing positivity and direction, maximising efficiencies, overseeing marketing strategies and installing a culture of hitting and exceeding targets
Oversee the lettings team, managing a team of viewing agents and negotiators; implementing strategies to ensure our landlords are maximising their return and properties are let in advance; securing the future of their investments
Implementing and monitoring KPIs through regular team meetings, strategy meetings, one on one time for coaching and development and formal monthly 121s
Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
