This prominent global law firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to clients in the private equity sector. With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, they specialize in advising private equity firms, investment funds, and corporate clients on a wide range of complex transactions.

The firm are seeking a talented and motivated Private Equity Transactions Associate to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile private equity transactions, providing strategic counsel and support to our clients throughout the deal lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with experienced attorneys and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:nAssist in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of private equity transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and leveraged buyouts.nConduct due diligence, analyze legal risks, and provide strategic advice to clients on transactional matters.nDraft and review transactional documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and ancillary agreements.nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and regulatory experts, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.nCommunicate effectively with clients, providing updates and insights on deal progress and key legal issues.

Qualifications:n2-5 years of experience in private equity transactions at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.nStrong understanding of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law.nExcellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
