Reporting into VP, Finance Business Partnering - Liberty Tech, you are responsible for acting as a business partner to MDs and VPs, supporting commercial, operational and strategic decisions along with leading a team of Senior Managers and Managers within Finance. We're looking for someone who is comfortable operating with high standards in a dynamic environment with a continuous drive and active participation on improvements across the Group. Liberty Tech is positioning for the next stage of growth, having recently completed a strategic transformation. A well-established operating model with markets, underpinned by long term services contracts, coupled with the strategic partnership with Infosys (Quartz) provides a robust platform to drive further value creation. As a key figure within the Tech ecosystem, the Director will play a key role in driving that evolution
What will you be doing?
Act as Finance Business Partner to Tech MD / VP community, providing support, challenging status-quo and always seeking accretive opportunities
Participate in key strategic projects and initiatives, providing financial insights and guidance
End-to-End oversight of annual financial cycle, from both a process and substantive standpoint, encompassing annual Budget, monthly Reforecast and monthly Actual performance
Management of annual long-term Plan of Record (POR) process, involving planning, cross-functional co-ordination, preparation of overall presentation and steering of Tech MD / VP community
Ensure all finance-relevant aspects of Infosys Partnership (Quartz) are aligned across the various stakeholders
Build a high-performance team that is able to both support and challenge the business
We tend to look for people with:

Essential:
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or relevant work experience
Significant experience in finance / finance leadership positions
Experience in Multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Proven collaboration and teaming spirits
Solid communication & influencing skills
