EMEA Paid Media Specialist
The paid media specialist is responsible for helping execute and manage digital marketing campaigns on the companies website and Amazon for EMEA. This role will have a heavy emphasis on Paid Social media channels (Meta) and Paid Google/Bing campaigns. There will be a focus on running these campaigns across all channels at a certain ROAS, as well as implementing new strategies and tests to scale the accounts. As a key member of the Digital team with core skills in Meta and Google paid ads, this role will collaborate and work closely with the creative team, the analytics experts, finance as well as the product team.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a subject matter expert for all things Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram (Meta) Google, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) with in-depth knowledge of all campaign tactics and their effects on marketing spend, reach, frequency and revenue returns
* Manage the day to day paid social campaigns and assist with SEM Google campaigns
* Work together with Traeger’s US Digital team to oversee the performance of every product of the companies that is on Amazon, employing both paid and unpaid strategies
* Ensure that all paid performance marketing stays above a certain ROAS threshold each month/quarter
* Partner with our creative team in creating and launching ad units during promotional moments, new product launches, Father’s Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and other seasonal/non seasonal moments.
* Reporting, WBRs, roadmap creation, test plans and scaling tactics
* Project Management skills for projects related to the role
* Create processes as it relates to ad creation, creative requests, campaign and ad set builds, and bid strategy testing in order to streamline workflow and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
* Audience creation and continuous tests to hone in our targeting META and Google platforms
* Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide reports using Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads, Bing ads and other software reporting systems on an as needed basis
* Affiliate marketing experience is a plus as is experience with the Impact affiliate network
Requirements:
* 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on Paid Social Platforms
* 1+ year of experience with Google paid campaigns
* Robust understanding of Google Analytics
* Proficient Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
* Experience at consumer eCommerce companies preferred
* An excellent communicator who loves to share findings and actionable insights
* Passion and pride in doing great work and a desire to make a strong impact on the overall business
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and within a team
* A love of data and attention to detail - highly organized and analytical
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to constantly changing platforms
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice to have:
* Meta certified marketing professional qualification
* 1+ year of experience with Amazon Ads and Seller Central
* Familiarity with the Meta blueprint or Meta Blueprint certification
* Google ads search, Google shopping ads
