Key Responsibilities.nthe Store Manager in creating an environment of a 1st class shopping experience within storenstyle advice.nand advise customers with the collection.nan exceptional customer service.nand implement events and sales initiatives and opportunities to exceed customer expectations.nthe shop floor reflects the brandnmerchandising is in line with VM standards.nthe team in capturing customer datanretail sales experience, incorporating back-office duties such as rotas, payroll etc.nProven experience managing and developing a team.norganisational and administration skillsnhave a good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excelnfor retail and product.ncaring approachable personality.nThis is a very exciting role with a brand that is growing at a phenomenal rate.
