Area Sales Manager

The Role of Area Sales Manager - HVAC Systems:

As Area Sales Manager working for this innovative, British manufacturer, you will be responsible for selling a range of high-quality HVAC systems, with a focus on heat recovery and air handling units. Your focus will be to develop and grow sales within established customer base of Mechanical & Electrical Contractors across the southern half of Greater London, ensuring specifications for major commercial building projects are maintained and you are their supplier partner of choice. This company is a household name in their field, which will always open doors with your customers.

The Company Recruiting for Area Sales Manager - HVAC Systems:

Customer support is industry leading, with an extensive experienced, accessible Customer Services team and skilled Project Engineers. In addition, they offer their employees excellent product and sales training and a progressive and ethical working environment. Most of the sales management team have been promoted through the ranks, so there are great opportunities for long term career progression.

For the Position of Area Sales Manager - HVAC Systems, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:n· Proven track record selling to commercial M&E Contractors in the area, electrical or mechanicaln· Exceptional account management skillsn· Ethical and transparent approach to dealing with customers & colleaguesn· Outgoing, able to network and build relationships with customer stakeholders at all levelsn· Structured, organised, used to using CRM systemsn· A true team player who enjoys a collaborative work environmentn· Driving licence

Benefits of this Area Sales Manager - HVAC Systems role:n· Up £60,000 basic salary DoEn· OTE £14,000 commission & bonus year 1, uncapped, (top earners £100k+)n· High spec PHEV or electric company car or allowancen· Excellent pension scheme, up to 8% employer contributionn· 25 days' holiday, (plus Bank Holidays)
