Our client is looking for a Multiskilled Tradesperson for our prestigious client base covering East London and Essex. The ideal candidate will have a multi-trade background including skills in carpentry, plumbing, fencing and painting and decorating.
Responsibilities will include:
- Perform a variety of skilled trades work under supervision, including carpentry, painting, fabrication, plumbing, and more.
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Repair and maintain various structures and equipment.
- Install, repair, or replace fixtures, appliances, and systems.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively on time and to a high standard.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a tradesman or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in multiple trades such as carpentry, painting, fabrication, plumbing, etc.
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in various trades.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Note: Additional qualifications for other skills would be an advantage but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time.
Pay: £17.50 per hour £36,400 increased to £18.50 after 6 months £38,480
Expected hours: 40 hours per week. Call out 1 in 7 with standby and bonus scheme
