Are you a Conveyancing Solicitor looking to join a vibrant, innovative team? Based in Fitzrovia, London W1, with an additional office in Finchley, our firm is renowned for excellence in both residential and commercial conveyancing. We're looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor who shares our values and is eager to build on our well-established client base. This role involves assisting Senior Partners with heavy caseloads, managing your own cases, and developing your own client following. You will report to the Head of Conveyancing and take direction from another Partner.

Whether you have 2+ years of PQE or many years of experience with an established following, we want to hear from you. Remuneration is competitive and will depend on your skills and experience. More than the number of years in practice, we value excellent client care skills, effective time management, and a commitment to continuous professional development. We believe in supporting our team members to enhance their skills, as no one is ever the finished article.

In addition to strong conveyancing skills, you need to be IT literate and open to adopting new technologies that enhance efficiency, security, or client experience. We aim to work as paperlessly as possible and expect the same mindset from you.

We offer hybrid working arrangements, with flexibility depending on your experience and the business needs. While this role is linked to our Central London office, occasional visits to our Finchley office may be required. Those who prefer to work from the office permanently are also welcomed.
