The Opportunity Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join its London team. This is a key leadership role supporting the development and delivery of complex projects while maintaining high technical and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery of mechanical engineering projects across diverse sectors. Provide strategic input into business unit planning and project management. Develop and maintain strong client relationships , ensuring consistent quality and performance. Mentor and guide engineers , promoting best practice and knowledge sharing. Contribute to innovation, sustainability, and Net Zero Carbon initiatives. Core Skills & Experience Minimum 12 years’ experience in Building Services, including 7+ years in management . Degree-qualified and Chartered or near-Chartered with CIBSE / IMechE / IET / RICS / IWFM . Proven ability to lead projects from design through delivery, managing budgets and client expectations. Strong knowledge of HVAC, water, power, controls, and compliance systems . Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
