We have an amazing opportunity for Qualified and Non-Qualified Employability Trainer. This role provides people with a criminal record the opportunity for a second chance providing services to support them in custody and across the community. You will provide people with the skills, knowledge, and a sense of purpose, for life after custody, significantly reducing the likelihood of reoffending. In this role you will provide high-quality support and guidance to participants, to help break down barriers to successful resettlement. You will help enhance participants' skill sets helping them to find and secure sustainable employment opportunities.
If you have experience or have employability or facilitated training, IAG this role is for you.
your requirements are:
* Experience in delivering employment coaching training, excellent customer service IAG/Coaching
* Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
* Demonstrate the ability to work towards awarding body standards
* Good conflict resolution skills
You will Receive:
* 25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases post 3 years’ service up to 28 days, and the option to purchase additional holiday
* 2 days of paid volunteering leave each year
