Role: MRICS Commercial Valuation Surveyor
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate robust client relationships for strategic advantage.
- Conduct Red Book standard valuations for commercial properties.
- Represent the team at internal and external events, showcasing your expertise.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, enhancing brand awareness.
- Utilize cutting-edge digital reporting methods.
- Showcase strong self-motivation and effective workload management.
- Demonstrate impeccable numerical and analytical skills.
Experience and Qualifications:
- MRICS qualified with 3 – 15 years PQE.
- Proficient in Commercial Valuations to Red Book standard.
- Demonstrated passion and experience in the property industry.
- Possession of a full UK driving license; Registered Valuer status preferred.
