We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop tailored solutions, and ensure the seamless delivery of technical projects. This role is pivotal in shaping our client relationships and aligning cutting-edge products with customer needs.


What You’ll Do


Sales & Business Development

  • Uncover and pursue exciting new business opportunities.
  • Craft and execute strategic sales plans that hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Deliver persuasive proposals, technical presentations, and custom quotations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and showcase our innovative products.


Client Relationship Management

  • Build lasting client partnerships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Be the go-to expert for sales queries and client support.
  • Conduct meetings and site visits to deepen relationships and uncover growth opportunities.


Technical Expertise

  • Guide clients with expert technical advice, demonstrating product value and functionality.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activities to keep us at the forefront.


Project Coordination

  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain strong communication across teams.
  • Support project managers to deliver results on time, on budget, and to quality standards.


Compliance & Standards

  • Uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all activities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track performance and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
  • Analyse market trends and sales data to continuously improve our strategies.
