An outstanding opportunity has become available for a Senior Hydraulic Technician to join a reputable Oil and Gas company based on the South of Aberdeen. You will be joining a company who are proud of their high quality of work so they are looking to add someone to the team who also possesses this trait.
Job Overview: Overall responsibility for supervising activities within the Hydraulics department and managing/ coordinating workflow whilst working to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Supervising all activity within the Hydraulics Department.
* Set goals and deadlines, oversee Hydraulic staff.
* Provide support and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
* Co-ordinate and manage workflow.
* Identify problems and problem solve.
* Assemble, disassemble, inspect, repair and test hydraulic equipment.
* Provide support and communicate with the Line Manager.
* Organise all tooling, make sure everything is in the correct location.
* Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed.
Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Recognised trade apprenticeship or HNC/ HND in Hydraulic Engineering.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Rate:
* £20-25ph DOE
