Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Estate – Greenwich, London – £42,500
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Greenwich has arisen CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial Estate near Greenwich, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £42,500, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 07:00 to 19:00
Earlies are 07:00 to 15:30
Lates are 10:30 to 19:00 Rotating weekly
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor mechanical plant
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
Monitor the BMS systems.
Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
General building fabric
Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
Mechanically qualified level 2 (C&G, NVQ etc)
Experience working in a large commercial building
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
