We are looking for a knowledgeable Lead Multi-Skilled Engineer taht can lead a team of up to 4 other Engineers on site. Will be working in a new commercial office building based in St Pauls.
About the Lead Multi-Skilled Engineer
You will be responsible for delivering PPMS/Reactive across the site. You will be leading a small team of engineers on site carrying out works on AHU, Emerency Ligting, Generators, Sprinkler testing and Fire alarm tesing. Some mechanical knowledge also needed.
Mon - Fri roles 8-5pm.
Responsibilities of the Lead Multi-Skilled Engineer
Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasksRepairs on electrical systems
PAT Testing and inspection.
Key components are AHUs,FCUs,Compresses and chillers
Fire Alarm Testing, Generators, Sprinkler Testing, Emergency Lighting.
Repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties and services
Install Electrical Systems.
Test & Inspection
Leading a small team of engineer.
