Lead Java Software Engineer

A Lead Java Software engineer is needed to lead the development of a leading global alternative investment management platform. Their goal is to give their institutional investors access to a wide range of compelling opportunities through blockchain technology.

As a minimum you will just need experience with Java (some experience with Blockchain technologies is ideal) CI/CD, Docker, SQL, AWS.nIt is a 3 stage interview process: 30 min initial chat / coding task /1 hr technical chat (reviewing task) - and then offer

Within your first couple of months, you will be expected to be settled into the engineering team as well as understand the business, their domain and project goals; allowing you to be part of decision making, as well as writing code to improve and add new features from their product roadmap.

The team work a hybrid 2 days a week model in their central London office - the 2 days you work are totally up to you
