Responsibilities:

Assist in guiding the business along FCA regulations.nProactively monitor regulatory updates and emerging risks.nStay informed of industry best practices and regulatory guidance.nDeveloping and delivering compliance training, policies, and procedures.nStaying abreast of the regulatory landscape.nConduct regular reviews of client monitoring plans and related activities to identify potential compliance issues.nEngaging and communicating effectively with stakeholders, clients, employees and regulators.

Experience:

Excellent academic background.nUpwards of 2 years’ relevant experience within financial services.nStrong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.nKnowledge of compliance monitoring best practices and gap analysis testing is desired.
