Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine specifications and materials required.
Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures and components using a variety of tools, machines, and welding techniques.
Operate cutting, bending, welding, and grinding equipment to shape metal parts to exact specifications.
Ensure all fabrication processes meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to company health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Fabricator, or in a similar role.
Proficient in the use of welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication tools and machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of materials, welding techniques, and fabrication processes.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Health and safety awareness in a fabrication environment.
Experience with saw, drilling, tapping Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 5pm
Salary: £13-£15
