About the role R&D PDM Assistant (Direct Entry Level) Hull, Onsite 4/5 days per week Competitive Salary & Benefits Closing date: 26th November 2025 The role is to work within a dynamic and high performing team on delivering compliance projects associated with the Mucinex portfolio. This role will mainly focus on coordinating R&D activities required to support the implementation of key projects, such as raw material changes, method development/validation and medicinal licence maintenance. Your responsibilities Provide accurate technical support (analytical) for multiple product classifications Support the development and validation of analytical methods as required in line with ICH Q2(R1) and ICH Q14 Support in solving complex technical problems using experience, knowledge, research and advice. Author protocols, reports and required analytical documentation in line with current best practice and internal SOP requirements. Author Module 3 ECTD sections in compliance with global standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the wider team with respect to compliance, H&S and audit readiness. Work with other teams globally across R&D, supply, quality and regulatory to ensure projects (Process improvements, Raw material changes, new system implementation) are delivered on time and to a high quaility. The experience we're looking for Degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Chemistry or Biological Science. Desirable, but not essential, to have relevant experience of product development within an R&D Healthcare Prior experience working in a laboratory setting, or a basic understanding of laboratory processes, is advantageous Results orientated, self-motivated with an ability to evaluate and take risks. Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and multitask without compromising quality and delivery. Strong intellectual curiosity ability to think out of the box.
