Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning.
Customer Feedback: Seek and collect customer feedback through phone, survey and emails to create compelling case studies and testimonial
CRM Management: Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate and current customer information.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by creating engaging sales decks and presentations.
Analytics Gathering: Collect and analyse marketing and sales data to inform decision-making and strategy.
Proofing: Proof-reading marketing material
Ad hoc: Ad hoc admin and marketing tasksRequirements:
Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is a plus.
Skills:
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is highly desirable.
Personal Attributes:
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Proactive and willing to take initiative.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Must be comfortable speaking to customers on the phoneBenefits
