How you’ll change it up
As the Head of Operational Planning, you’ll work cross divisionally to drive collaboration, alignment, and stakeholder coordination, playing a pivotal role in shaping operational strategies and establishing credibility. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Leading the design and implementation of the divisional Target Operating Model and organisational design structure
- Workforce Planning - Managing resource capacity planning for both our internal and Supply Chain resources
- Leading the operational implementation of business improvement projects
- Addressing changes, completing impact assessments, and implementing changes to existing operation and build plans
- Leading on people and supplier engagement and communications
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll have extensive experience in successfully leading efficiency and/or service improvement programmes in large complex organisations, as well as a track record of delivering tangible efficiency improvements through people, process, and systems. You’ll also bring the following with you:
- Experience leading operational redesign and implementation programmes
- Strong ability to question and challenge assumptions
- Capacity to drive initiatives forward effectively
