Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a fantastic organisation based in Oxfordshire. We are seeking a motivated Early Careers Development Manager to focus on nurturing and developing early careers talent.

The Role

The Early Careers Manager will be working closely with the Head of Early Careers and the Early Careers Recruitment Specialist to own the day to day running of the early careers programmes in the organisation. You will be required to travel to roadshows at selected universities by the business. You will plan and execute onboarding, performance management, training and career pathways through the firm. You will be passionate about entry level talent and work with the full HR team to understand the early careers needs and business requirement. You will support with the onboarding and attraction of new talent to the organisation and provide best in class employee experience.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a proven graduate / early careers candidate who has experience on developing graduate programmes and apprentices. You will have strong people skills and be able to work across various high volume programmes with high volume of applications. If you have worked in graduate development before please get in touch
