Project Manager – Slough, Berkshire– Industrial Warehouse
Our client is a main-contractor who are moving onto a new phase of there industrial warehouse project, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver project in Slough.
Important details for a Project Manager applying for this role:
* 5-6 days a week (full time)
* Long term work
* Site based office
* Industrial warehouse
Project Manager will be expected to:
* Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis
* Coordinate/ book all trades
* Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard
* Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings
* Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving
* Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers
* Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time. We are aiming to have the development completed by the end of July with perhaps only snagging remaining.
