As a CNC Service Engineer (Mechanical), you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing our diverse range of complex Machine Tool products. Who Would Suit This Job: This role is ideal for highly experienced mechanical engineers with a background in manufacturing and machine tools. Candidates should possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A flexible attitude towards work hours and a willingness to travel are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine servicing and maintenance of Machine Tool products.
Diagnose and rectify faults, ensuring machines operate at peak performance.
Liaise with technical support, service management, and customers to address issues effectively.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate findings to customers.
Benefits:

Salary:
CNC Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) £40,000 +overtime
Senior CNC Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) £45,000 +overtime
