Working hours for the Quality Engineer:
Monday – Friday (8.30am – 4.30pm)
Duties of the Quality Engineer:
* Reporting to the Quality Manager your role will be to ensure customer concerns are managed effectively.
* Implementing corrective action plans
* Communicating with customers & suppliers
* Liaising with the wider quality department members to support when required
* Communicating with supporting services, sorting/inspection companies
* Completion of 8D’s, using tools 5Why, Ishikawa etc
The successful candidate for the Quality Engineers position will have the following experience:
* 3 – 5 years’ experience within a Quality role is (Essential).
* Experience working with precision machined components (Essential)
* Ability to the use Quality tools such as RCA, 8D, NCR and CAPA (Essential)
* Compiling PPAP documentation (Essential)
* Ability to use handheld measuring equipment (Essential)
* You will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written to be able to communicate and build good relationships.
