Responsibilities:

"Should have Indepth Experience in Pega CLM/KYC implementation and Architecting for multiple customers

Drives design and development for major components of focused solutions

Should be Hands on with CLM Architecture and Use for various Journeys"

Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices defined by customers

Strong technical acumen and ability to lead a development process and providing Solutions OOTB Vs Business Need.

Proficient in a variety of business processes/environments such as Banking Good have other Pega Framework Implementations Experience.

Understands large-scale system implementation processes and methods.

cerate the class structure, process flows in Pega, provide alternate solutions

resolves performance issues

Code reviews, design reviews, maintain technical debt

connect with Pega systems on any product related issues


Experience and Skills:

Pega LSA Certified

17 + years of total experience

12+ years of Pega relevant experience

10+ years of Architecture and Design of complex Pega applications experience as LSA including CLM/KYC end to end implementation.

Other technologies : J2EE, XML, Oracle, Micro services, Unix, WebSphere, Integrations (SOAP, RESTful, XML, JSON, etc)


2.JOB DETAILS:

Pega PBA CLM/KYC

Key Responsibilities

17+ years of experience in business analysis and 6+ yrs in PEGA CLM and KYC strategic application as PBA for multiple customer

Should have in depth experience and understanding of CLM/KYC strategic app and its business implementation

Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choose the best way to implement requirements leveraging the CLM/KYC Strategic App in alignment with business priorities.

Pega certified business architect certification is mandatory.

Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector.

Manage business stakeholders and effectively communicate ideas.

Understand business process and business requirements of the customers and translate them to requirements’ artifacts such as BRD/Functional spec/User stories.

Help to ensure that the requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to include management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control.

Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs.

Understand and provide inputs for Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development.

Function as an Information Technology Business Analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs.

Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screen and Interface mock-ups.

Understand interface /integration technologies and a good understanding of customers’ needs so they can be translated into requirements.

Strong understanding of Pega methodologies


Experience and Skills:

Pega LBA Certified

17+ years of Pega relevant experience

Must have experience in Pega 8.x

Strong communication and written skills
