Key Responsibilities Monitor all incoming correspondence and accurately maintain records, including docketing deadlines in the internal database. Perform quality checks on work completed by IP Administrators, particularly relating to new filings. Oversee and manage team tasks daily through internal systems. Promote best practices within the team by leading workflow meetings (both virtual and in-person) and conducting regular check-ins to ensure consistency and compliance with procedures. Liaise regularly with fee earners to monitor task progress and manage deadlines efficiently. Handle a range of formalities, including IDSs, Powers of Attorney, and assignments. Support the IP Administration function during high-volume periods. Prepare and review complex reports, including client-facing reports. Contribute to team efficiency and performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with senior management. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise CIPA-qualified. Strong knowledge of IP portfolio management and procedural requirements. Proven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships at all levels of the business. Experience in training, mentoring, or overseeing colleagues to ensure high-quality output. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to maintaining consistently high standards.
