Salesforce Consultant

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives and maximizing the potential of the Salesforce Platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing innovative strategies, optimizing products, and enhancing customer engagement.
This role will involve:
Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Cloud SolutionsnCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce ProductsnProvide strategic guidance and best practices to maximize the platform's capabilities.nConduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.
QualificationsnMaintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, configurations, and customisations.nCreate user guides and technical documentation for clients and internal teams.nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferrednSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.n3-5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce consultantnAn understanding in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce declarative capabilities.nAn understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.nExperience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools is a bonusnExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.nOffice based, minimum 2 days per week
