Human Resources Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who would like to work in a varied role delivering a full range of HR advice to clients of the firm.
This role will work closely with an Employment Law Partner supporting external clients of the business. You will maintain key relationships with all internal stakeholders and all clients. Provide advice and guidance to clients across the full spectrum of ER issues, particularly disciplinaries, grievance, capability/performance management, redundancy, settlement agreements, TUPE and sickness absence.
Other duties will include:nProvide advice in line with client-specific service level agreements and policies. This includes reviewing and tailoring supporting documents where appropriatenSupport and coach clients’, helping them to resolve ER issues within their teams by providing pragmatic, commercial, legally compliant HR advice and guidancenTo ensure that personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law is continually updatednTo actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interactionnTo log all advice accurately onto the bespoke internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing casesnTo carry out other tasks that are deemed necessary by the Employment Law Partner
What you'll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar qualification (desired)nExperience as an HR Advisor (essential)nExcellent written and verbal communication skills (essential)nWorks well under pressure and meets tight deadlinesnHighly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication toolsnExceptional organisational and time management skillsnStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsnMeticulous attention to detail
