The Estate Director will primarily be responsible for developing the organisations overall estates management strategy, staying up-to date on relevant legislation and regulation that impact property management. Specifically managing organisational risk, performance and financial planning.
You will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation to ensure the estate functions support the organisations strategic objectives. You will develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
You will ideally be a qualified accountant with extensive estate management experience either from a developer, property manager, facilities manager or related field. You will have strong leadership and strategic planning skills, excellent financial management skills, and an in-depth knowledge of legislation and regulation.
This is a great opportunity to develop and refine the estate management approach across multiple existing and new sites within a large organisation
