Marketing Executive

A brand newly formed role as Marketing Executive, to join an established and growing Marketing team where you will be engaged in a variety of exciting Marketing and Fundraising projects, including digital and social media initiatives, supporting fundraising activities, and coordinating the execution of marketing and fundraising plans. A hands-on role offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and creative environment.
The role:Creating and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional collateral.Manage and update the charity’s website and social media channels to ensure content is current and engaging.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.Attend and support the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns.Maintain accurate records of donors and fundraising activities using the charity's CRM system.Attend industry events to represent the charity and build relationships with key stakeholders and potential supporters.Budget tracking and ensure that marketing and fundraising activities are cost-effective.Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
About you:A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Events, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.3 years+ Generalist Marketing exp.Solid experience of marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Premier Pro).Passionate about all things marketing and deep knowledge of what works on Socials. Articulate with great communication skills and a creative mindset.A team player with an interest / passion to work within a Charity / Education Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
