Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for an Asset Surveyor to join one of our North Wales based clients on a permanent basis
Daily duties of the Asset Surveyor consist of:
Support the day-to-day maintenance of the client's building stock, in order to identify and rectify any defects
Conduct specialised building surveying works to ensure building stock meets all regulatory and planning requirements
Prepare and issuing works specifications and tender documentation in accordance with the client's financial procedures, preparing contracts documentation, issuing works orders and managing contractor performance, through to post project inspections
Undertaking and updating stock condition surveys and creating work programmes
Provide a property surveying service, including planned, routine, reactive maintenance and stock condition/stock managementEssential experience of the Asset Surveyor:
HNC/HTEC Certificate in Building Studies or above
Detailed understanding of all statutory obligations in relation to property compliance including CDM and HHSRS
Full UK Drivers License and access to own vehicle
