Do you have any experience working as a financial controller, looking for a unique no two days opportunity working for a company which has doubled in growth and turnover in the past year and is becoming a recognised name in the construction industry nationwide?
The Role:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor financial performance against the budget, providing variance analysis.
Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, coordinate external audits, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity, optimize working capital management, and analyze cost structures for opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. The Person:
