We are an unique and exclusive south London based Weddings and Events Venue. We’re looking for an experienced Venue Manager to join our team.

As Venue Manager you will play a key role in marketing & driving the revenue for the business as well as ensuring the venue and gardens are maintained to the highest standards our clients expect from us. The successful person will be responsible for the operation of the venue and manage all client and supplier relationships.

Your will be:

· Responsible for the entire operation of the venuen· Responsible for driving the business forward, achieving targets and ensuring maximum revenuen· Responsible for both online, social media and traditional marketing of the venuen· Responsible for the maintenance and presentation of the venue and gardens to the highest standardsn· Responsible for client show roundsn· Overseeing events and being the first contact for the clientn· Responsible for training and developing the team, motivating and leading by examplen· Ensuring that the customer experience is always at the highest levelsnYou will have:

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience as Hotel General Manager or Wedding Venue Managern· Successful track record of delivering event bookingsn· Experience managing a large teamn· Passion for hospitality and first-class customer servicen· Confidence and self-motivation with an ambitious drive to succeednYou will receive:
