Long Term Locum GP Opportunity in Ashford, Kent A well established, high performing GP surgery in the Ashford area is looking for a long term locum GP to start as soon as possible on a long term locum basis. The practice is known locally for its stability, forward thinking leadership and its ability to retain clinicians, which says quite a lot in today’s climate. There is also genuine scope for a salaried role in the future for those who like to keep their options open. The set up is straightforward. You will run morning and afternoon clinics covering a sensible blend of telephone calls, on the day demand, routine appointments and medication reviews. The usual tasks apply, and the practice prides itself on keeping admin clean and manageable. Admin is self generated and there are no home visits unless something truly exceptional occurs. The contract runs for six months initially and is paid outside IR35 at roughly £650 per day.
