You Will:

Candidate Requirements

least 2 years experience of working within an HR Employee Relations role.nknowledge of Employment lawninterpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levelsnorganisational skills.nverbal and written communication skills.nin MS Office and Adobe packages.nanalytical skills and the ability to interpret and report on data.nto manage high volumes and work under pressure.nqualified or working towards.nlogical and ability to solve problems quickly.nto multiple task and work with a range of stakeholders.nand adaptable approach.naptitude for learning new skills.nof M&A and TUPE desirable.
