As a Corporate Associate, you will report to the Partners and collaborate with the esteemed Corporate Team on a wide range of corporate matters and transactions. You will engage with diverse clients, including start-ups, high-growth companies, and large corporations, handling complex and high-value corporate transactions such as corporate finance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, partnering arrangements, management buy-outs, buy-ins, business transfers, and PE & VC investments.

Key ResponsibilitiesnDrive market share and brand presence within the Corporate team.nManage a varied caseload of corporate matters.nProvide commercially astute, pragmatic, and legally sound advice.nEnsure compliance with all regulatory and firm legislation.nAct as a role model and champion the firm's values.nContribute to strategic and business planning.nStay updated with key legal and business news.nBuild and maintain first-class and trusted client relationships.nCollaborate effectively within the Corporate team and the wider business.

Essential SkillsnQualified Solicitor in England & Wales.nMinimum 2 years PQE within a Corporate team at a City or national firm.nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.nCommercially astute with strong judgment skills.nProficient in running due diligence and disclosure processes.nKeen interest in business development initiatives.nProactive ‘can do’ attitude and flexibility under pressure.

Personal QualitiesnExcellent interpersonal skills.nDiligent, rigorous, and consultative approach.nSupportive of team members.nTransparent, discrete, and confidential.nCollaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
